The king room had a king-sized bed, updated bathrooms, and an amazing view. Breakfast included chilaquiles, food, and drinks. The location is close to the Guadalajara Expo, Plaza Del Sol outdoor mall, airport, and downtown safe area in front of the Expo Center.

The service was nice with parking on premises. The rooms were spacious and huge. The staff was nice. The food provided was different. The hotel was adjacent to the center and good restaurants, making it convenient.

When I arrived I was told that my reservation was not there but I sent an email to check with the reservation area was 8:30 am and I say but you will check now that and tells me so from here at 11am I give you. answer as I want the room I would give it to you until 3pm and I am. I want to know if not to find another hotel I marked you and what. I was registered as Chris cm. I lined up again and a bigger gentleman answered me. I told him there was a possibility that they would give me the room before I came back from the trip. He started looking for it and told me there was a possibility that instead of King size there were two double beds but I could give it to you now and yoo. And so very happy that is the Difference of the people that. always says can not or not this or not to everything to the people that he likes. his work I congratulate this gentleman although I do not remember his name.

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenience of being just a 2-minute walk from the Expo Center. The ample hall and public spaces were perfect for our meetings and workshops. The personnel at the hotel were always ready to help, like when they provided me with a heater when I requested it during my December stay. The location was also great, being midway between the airport and downtown, and in a safe area. The views from the hotel were amazing, whether it was the stunning southwest sunsets or the charming downtown skyline. We also appreciated the privacy that the hotel provided, making our stay enjoyable.
